Sitestream works collaboratively with municipal leaders and stakeholders to design a program around the community's specific safety priorities and long-term objectives. The planning process can include evaluating traffic and speed data, identifying potential enforcement locations, defining program policies and workflows, addressing applicable legal and operational requirements, developing technology and connectivity requirements, and preparing a strategy for public education and community engagement. IMPLEMENTATION
Install & Connect
Sitestream manages the transition from approved program design to operational enforcement through a coordinated implementation process encompassing engineering, system configuration, installation, connectivity, testing, training, and launch preparation. Technology is configured and tested to meet program requirements, field equipment is installed and connected to Sitestream's software environment, and system performance is verified before enforcement begins. Sitestream also works with authorized municipal and law enforcement personnel to establish user access, operational workflows, training, and administrative processes so the entire program functions as an integrated system rather than a collection of individual technologies.
